강남셔츠룸 : 시는 예년과 비슷한 100만명 안팎의 관람객
서울시는 7일 서울 여의도에서 열리는 서울세계불꽃축제를 맞아 시민 안전을 최우선으로 고려한 종합대책을 시행한다고 5일 밝혔다. 강남셔츠룸 이번 불꽃 축제는 한국, 중국, 폴란드 3개국이 참여하며 DJ공연을 중심으로 한 뒤풀이까지 진행된다. 시는 예년과 비슷한 100만명 안팎의 관람객이 찾을 것으로 예상하고 있다.시는 주최사인 한화와 소방재난본부, 영등포구, 서울경찰청 등과 협력체계를 구축하고 현장에 종합안전본부를 설치한다. 강남셔츠룸 전년 대비 안전인력을 26% 확대해 행사장과 인근 지하철역 인파 분산, 불법 주정차 단속 등에 투입한다. 한화도 행사장 안전관리구역을 확대하고 안전인력을 16% 증원했다. 또 구역별 CCTV를 통해 인파 밀집도를 실시간 모니터링하며 ‘안전관리 앱’을 별도 개발해 상황에 따라 안전 인력을 효율적으로 재배치한다.행사 당일 오후 2시부터는 순찰선 36척이 투입되고, 불꽃 축제가 열릴 수상 구간의 민간 보트 통행이 금지된다. 강남셔츠룸 한강대교 중단 노들섬은 하단부 출입이 폐쇄되고 야외 테라스 등 일부 공간 출입이 통제된다. 여의동로 마포대교 남단~63빌딩 구간은 교통이 전면 통제되고, 오후 4시~9시 한강대교를 지나는 14개 버스 노선은 한강대교 위 전망카페와 노들섬을 무정차 통과한다. 교량 위 관람객을 막기 위해 택시 업계에는 한강대교, 마포대교 등에서 승객을 승하차하지 못하도록 요청했다. 멀리서 축제를 관람할 수 있는 이촌·노량진·여의도 인근 도로와 교량에도 단속인력이 배치돼 불법 주정차 차량을 견인 조치한다.
